KRATOM PRODUCTS ARE INTENDED AS RESEARCH CHEMICALS. This designation allows the use of research chemicals strictly for in vitro testing and laboratory experimentation only. Bodily introduction of research chemicals of any kind into humans or animals is strictly forbidden by law. Potpourri and aroma therapy products should NEVER be ingested.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment is verified except orders placed on weekends which will be shipped on Monday. Orders within the USA, are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For larger orders we may ship UPS Ground at our discretion. Typically all orders placed before 1 pm MST time are shipped the same day! (except weekends and Holidays). WE DO NOT SHIP TO: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Tennessee or Wisconsin UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If we cannot verify your payment the order will be placed on hold until funds are verified. Once verified we will ship ASAP. We cannot guarantee transit times once the carrier has possession of the package.

eCheck can take up to 1-6 business days to verify funds. Banks do NOT process eChecks on weekends or Holidays.

If you order multiples of the same product it may be combined into a larger pouch. If you would rather have individual pouches please put that request in the notes.

Tracking is provided with every order. If you have special delivery instructions please put them in the notes when ordering. Also you can e-mail us special shipping instructions. Our e-mail is checked often every day.

Payment Methods

Typical reasons for eChecks being declined are entering an incorrect billing address or other information that your bank has on file for your checking account. You will need to contact you bank and correct your billing information with them. Please make sure all information is correct when filling out eCheck forms so your order goes through.A NSF fee of $18 will be collected on any returned checks.


We do not accept returns unless declared 24 hours from the time they are received. We do not give refunds on any products after 24 hours of receipt. Opened products cannot be returned. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and our shipping costs. The customer must contact us prior to returning product(s) to obtain an RMA #.

Refused Shipments

Refused shipments are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus return freight. If a customer wishes to cancel an order it is their responsibility to cancel the order prior to the product(s) being shipped. If a customer cancels an order after it has been shipped, or refuses the shipment, the return will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and any freight charges incurred.

Damaged Shipments

All claims for damaged shipments must be made within 24 hours of delivery to the point of destination. Any damage to a package should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery if possible. We will not be responsible for damage claims made 24 hours after delivery.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the USA and US territories only. We do not ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Tennessee or Wisconsin UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
